Where it began

A Path That Started Before the Study

I didn't arrive at essential oils through a textbook. I arrived through life.Long before any formal training, I was someone who refused medicine by instinct and sought nature first. I had been attending retreats around the world — sitting in circles where oils were present in every meditation, every ritual, every moment of stillness. Something in me was always drawn to them. I just hadn't yet found the door.A friend opened it. And I walked through.The real test came during COVID. When tested positive, I turned to essential oils — and moved through it with a clarity and ease that surprised even me. That moment didn't just confirm what I already believed. It deepened it. After that, I stopped practicing casually and started studying seriously.

Some work unfolds over time rather than in a single session. For those who want continued support, it's possible to work together on an ongoing basis — the structure of which is agreed upon based on what's actually needed rather than a fixed format.This might look like weekly sessions through a concentrated period of work, or something more spaced out — a protocol, time to work with it, a follow-up to assess what shifted and what still needs attention. If you want support that moves across emotional, mental, and spiritual layers without a fixed structure, Grounded Coaching works well. And if you simply want clarity on where you are right now, The Aroma Reading is enough on its own. If you're still unsure, the free 20-minute consultation is also a space to figure this out.

For the Aroma Reading and Grounded Coaching sessions, no — oils are not required.

For the Personalized Aroma Protocol, the oils come after the session rather than during it. You'll receive a written protocol specifying exactly which oils to get and how to use them, so there's nothing to prepare in advance. The investment in oils is separate from the session fee and varies depending on what your protocol requires.

If you are based in Russia, Georgia, or the UAE, you also have the option to receive your blend ready-mixed — prepared by trusted partners who work exclusively with high quality oils and are fully familiar with the protocol blending process.

In most cases yes, but this is exactly why an intake form is completed before your first session.

Certain medications and conditions directly affect how essential oils interact with the body, and some situations require the session to be adapted accordingly. Everything shared in that form is treated with complete confidentiality and used only to ensure the session is appropriate and safe for you. There are a small number of conditions with which we are not able to work — if that applies to your situation, you will be informed before any payment is taken.

That's a completely valid concern — and it does happen.

The session is not designed to push you past what you're ready for. If something surfaces that feels too big or too raw in the moment, the pace adjusts. Nothing is forced to a conclusion. Sometimes the most valuable thing a session does is simply bring something into awareness — what you do with that, and when, remains entirely yours to decide.
